Job Summary
We are looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the business, improve efficiency, drive team performance, and ensure an outstanding client experience.
This is a leadership role for someone who is highly organised, proactive, results-driven, and passionate about excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the clinic.
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, punctuality, and productivity.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
Experience in the beauty, wellness, healthcare, or hospitality
Preferably a female
