Lextorah is looking for an experienced Operations & People Manager to help build the organisation, people systems and operating structure required for our next stage of growth.
As Lextorah expands across education, professional development, enterprise services, talent and technology-enabled solutions, we are looking for someone who can help us build an organisation where people understand their responsibilities, managers own performance, processes are documented and accountability is clear.
What will you be responsible for?
Lead Lextorah's Operations & People function.
Strengthen day-to-day business operations.
Establish clear roles, responsibilities and reporting structures.
Implement and manage the employee performance-management system.
Ensure employees and managers have measurable KPIs.
Support managers in managing team performance.
Coordinate recruitment and workforce planning.
Strengthen employee onboarding and development.
Establish and maintain people policies and processes.
Coordinate SOP and process governance.
Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Establish management reporting and accountability routines.
Build systems and decision-making structures that enable efficient, accountable day-to-day operations.
Support organisational transformation and implementation.
Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate processes.
Support the organisation's readiness for future growth and expansion.

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree/HND in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Operations, Industrial Relations, Organisational Psychology or a related field, with 4 - 6 years of relevant experience.
Experience in education, technology, professional services, organisational transformation, process improvement will be an advantage.
Must be based within reasonable commuting distance of Yaba.
