Salary: 250,000 - 300,000 Monthly + Performance-Based Incentives
A growing bakery and dessert business in Lagos is seeking a proactive, organised, and hands-on Operations & Admin Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate staff, and ensure efficient production, order fulfilment, and administrative processes.
What You\'ll Be Responsible For
Operations & Team Management
- Oversee daily business operations and coordinate staff deployment.
- Supervise bakers, decorators, and other operational staff.
- Plan and monitor daily production schedules and order fulfilment.
- Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate teamwork across production, packaging, and dispatch.
Administration & Inventory Management
- Coordinate inventory, purchasing, and operational supplies.
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
- Address routine operational and staff issues promptly.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions.
- Report key operational issues and performance updates to management.
- 3 - 5 years\' experience in operations, administration, hospitality, food production, retail, or a related field.
- Previous experience supervising or managing staff.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proactive, accountable, and able to work independently.
- Good computer and spreadsheet skills.
- Experience in a bakery, food, hospitality, or events business is an advantage.
