Job Title: Officer - Project Operations & Stakeholder Engagement
Location: Lagos
Role Objective
Coordinate field operations, client engagement, project administration and stakeholder communication across IPMC'S multidisciplinary consulting engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project schedules, stakeholder meetings, field activities and information requests.
Maintain communication with clients, participating organisations and technical personnel.
Track project milestones, document submissions, outstanding information and agreed actions.
Coordinate field personnel, site access, assessment logistics and workshop arrangements.
Maintain accurate project registers, correspondence and supporting documentation.
Monitor project activity and prepare progress updates for management.
Support stakeholder consultations and implementation follow-up activities.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Business Administration, project Management, Engineering, Environmental Management or a related discipline.
35 years of experience in project coordination, consulting operations, stakeholder engagement or field-based assignments.
Strong organisational, communication, reporting and documentation skills.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultingor industrial projects is an advantage.
Reporting Line: Programme Lead / Project Manager.
