We are seeking a creative and customer-focused NYSC Corps Member to manage indoor sales activities, engage customers on social media, and support digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers and provide product information.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Create engaging social media content to promote the company's products and services.
Assist in managing the company's social media pages.
Follow up on customer enquiries and convert leads into sales.
Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
Support online and in-store marketing campaigns.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Currently serving under the NYSC scheme.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
Ability to use Canva, CapCut, or similar design/video editing tools is an added advantage.
Customer service and sales-oriented mindset.
Good organizational and computer skills.
Applicants must reside in or around Yaba, Ebute Metta, Somolu, Jibowu, or other nearby areas of Lagos State.
