Oasis Healthcare is offering a six-month Management Trainee Program for recent graduates who want to transform academic knowledge into practical workplace experience.
Trainees will be attached to a department where they will work alongside experienced professionals and support day-to-day operations while developing professional skills and industry exposure.Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support to the host department in daily operations.
Assist with record-keeping, documentation, reporting, and data analysis.
Support departmental projects, processes, and compliance activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization's facilities.

Kenyan citizens holding a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Graduated within the last two (2) years.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Accurate, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
