Nysc Placement - Logistics / Mobilization Officer

Role Overview

The successful candidate will support the coordination of personnel, equipment, materials, transportation, and other logistics activities to ensure the smooth execution of company operations and client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate personnel mobilization and demobilization for projects, training programmes, and field assignments.
• Assist with travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, and movement of personnel.
• Support the preparation and tracking of mobilization documents, permits, and other required project documentation.
• Coordinate the movement, delivery, and tracking of equipment, tools, and materials to designated locations.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, schedules, and reports.
• Liaise with internal departments, drivers, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of logistics services.
• Perform other logistics and administrative duties as assigned.

Educational Qualification

• A Bachelor's degree or HND in relevant science or engineering disciplines.
• Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member eligible for primary assignment.
