Translate MSEA ToR, approved BDS package and contractual requirements into detailed activity plans.
Ensure delivery approaches remain responsive to socioeconomic realities and barriers faced by refugee youth.What You Will Bring – Professional Competencies
What You Will Bring – Professional Competencies
Master’s Degree in relevant field; 8+ years’ experience in entrepreneurship/BDS/livelihoods programming.
5+ years’ experience managing entrepreneurship/BDS/livelihoods programmes in refugee/humanitarian settings.
Strong understanding of Kenyan MSE ecosystem, especially refugeehosting areas.
Proven experience managing multilocation programmes and multidisciplinary teams.
Experience designing inclusive, genderresponsive and disabilityinclusive programmes.
Strong stakeholder engagement with government, private sector, UN, NGOs and community structures.
Experience in quality assurance, monitoring, reporting, learning and adaptive management.
Knowledge (adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});of market systems, financial inclusion and youth entrepreneurship an advantage.
Experience with World Bankfunded programmes and procurement requirements an advantage.
Experience in Kakuma/Kalobeyei and/or Dadaab refugee camps highly desirable.What We Offer

Duty station: Nairobi, Kenya.
Contract: 6 months (conditional recruitment awaiting funds approval).
Salary/Benefits: Grade 9 on NRC’s national contract.
