Plant & Process
Operate packaging plant equipment according to VPO Standards.
Optimize plant and process performance.
Perform housekeeping tasks, apply 5s principles and follow safe work practices.
Identify and correct unsafe work practices.
Support drafting/documenting of standard work procedures.Quality Control & Analysis
Quality Control & Analysis
Carry out required quality checks and analyses.
Record results in appropriate information system.
Apply problemsolving techniques (5 WHY, quick fix routines).
Escalate unresolved problems to Line Manager.Communication
Communication
Actively participate in meetings and PI reviews.
Understand team goals and participate in review sessions.
Use communication media (e.g., shift logbook) to stay informed.
Complete required handover to incoming shift team.
Execute autonomous operations tasks and problemsolving activities.Qualifications & Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
FMCG industry experience an advantage.
