We are looking for a Night Concierge.
Responsibilities :
Coordinate and execute airport pickups and drop-off for guests during night hours, ensuring punctuality, professionalism, and a warm first impression.
Welcome guests upon arrival and safely escort them to their assigned apartments.
Facilitate smooth late-night check-ins, including guest verification, orientation to the property, and explanation of house rules and amenities.
Receive and properly document airport transfer fees or guest-related payments; reconcile and submit receipts to the Property Manager or Accountant.
Remain on-call during assigned night shifts, weekends, and public holidays to accommodate late arrivals, early morning departures, and urgent guest needs.
Maintain accurate logs of airport pickups, guest check-ins, payments received, visitor entries, incidents, and guest feedback (both physical and digital records).
Respond promptly to guest concerns or complaints and escalate operational, maintenance, or security issues to the Property Manager.
Conduct routine night inspections of common areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness of amenities.
Identify and report maintenance faults, damages, lost items, or security concerns, coordinating with the relevant team for early-morning follow-up.
Monitor access points during night and weekend hours to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises.
