We are currently engaging new vendors to be pre-qualified on suppliers' data base providing the following goods/services/works. Interested eligible vendors Based in BIU LGA are invited to apply for prequalification, indicating the category of goods, works or services they wish to apply for. Vendors intending to apply for more than one category should clearly state this in their 'Application for Vendor Prequalification' document.

• Borehole drilling
• construction/renovation and rehabilitation

• Food and refreshments (out-door catering service and delivery)

• Sound systems (microphone, loud speakers etc.)

Vehicle Rentals/Car Hire Services

Prequalification will be based on meeting the minimum criteria

regarding the:

• applicant's legal status (Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC.) registration, demonstrate tax compliance, etc.),
• Experience, Personnels and CEO with ID cards and financial position as demonstrated by their responses where applicable accordingly

Potential vendors must fill in their details in the Pre-qualification register at the submission point before depositing their application.

NOTE: EXISTING PRE-QUALIFIED VENDORS MAY APPLY FOR ANY LOT(S) IF THEY HAVE AN EXISTING OFFICE /PRESENCE IN BIU

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST ON COMPANY LETTER HEAD MUST BE INCLUDED AS PART OF THE APPLICATION.
