Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
Respond to incoming enquiries and convert them into appointments.
Follow up consistently on leads generated through marketing and other channels.
Explain clinic services professionally and accurately.
Identify client needs and guide them towards appropriate consultations.
Convert enquiries into booked consultations and sales opportunities.
Maintain an organized followup pipeline.
Keep accurate records of calls, leads, followups and outcomes.
Meet agreed sales and appointmentgeneration targets.
Support client retention and reengagement campaigns.
Handle client questions and concerns professionally.Requirements
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Customer Service or related field.
Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service or sales.
Strong telephone communication and persuasion skills.
Confident, energetic and targetdriven.
Excellent spoken and written English; Kiswahili is an advantage.
Strong followup and relationshipmanagement skills.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM systems and digital communication tools.
