Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, quotations, and tender documents.
Conduct material takeoffs and develop project budgets.
Conduct site visits, measurements, assessments, and project evaluations.
Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
Evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Track project variations and prepare valuation reports.
Monitor project progress, costs, and profitability.
Prepare weekly and monthly project cost reports.
Identify costsaving opportunities without compromising quality.
Support project managers with resource planning and cost control.
Prepare tender submissions and contract documentation.
Assist with contract administration.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and project teams.
Attend project meetings and professionally represent the company.
Maintain accurate project and cost records.
Provide management with (adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});timely project costing and performance insights.Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building Economics, Civil Engineering, or related field.
At least 3 years’ practical experience in construction projects.
Proven experience preparing BOQs, quotations, cost estimates, and tender documents.
Practical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project costing.
Experience in waterproofing, renovations, repairs, remodeling, or general construction will be a strong advantage.
Ability to independently conduct site assessments and project costing.
Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
