Key Responsibilities: Sell new commercial vehicles to retail, fleet, and corporate customers Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities within the market Generate and maintain a strong sales pipeline Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients Conduct customer needs analyses and provide suitable vehicle solutions Prepare quotations, proposals, and vehicle finance introductions where applicable Achieve and exceed monthly sales objectives Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in truck, commercial vehicle, automotive, or related sales A strong hunter mentality with the ability to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities Must have an existing network of clients and the ability to generate and develop their own leads Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets and earning significant commission Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Ability to build strong relationships with transport companies, fleet operators, business owners, and corporate clients Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently A proven sales track record with evidence of achieving and exceeding sales targets Must be able to demonstrate previous sales success through their CV, interview process and previous/current commission sheets Valid driver's licence Motor Industry experience Essential!
