The Network Engineer will specialize in routing, switching, and wireless technologies to support, deploy, and maintain high- performance network infrastructures. The role focuses on optimizing enterprise connectivity, proactive monitoring, technical troubleshooting, and maintaining comprehensive infrastructure documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and optimize enterprise routing, switching, and wireless systems to ensure robust connectivity.
  • Monitor network performance, security, and uptime proactively to mitigate risks and eliminate performance bottlenecks.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex network incidents, system faults, and performance degradation issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate network topology diagrams, system configuration backups, and detailed documentation of network changes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Engineering, Telecommunication, ICT, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of general working experience in the Telecommunication or ICT sector.
  • Minimum of 5 years of specific experience implementing at least one project of similar nature and complexity.
  • Certified, industry-recognized network qualification such as CCNA, CCNP, or an equivalent credential.
