Job Title: Network & User Administrator
Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
To support the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure and user systems while ensuring secure and reliable connectivity
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide basic support for network connectivity issues (e.g., POS, internet, user devices).
Assist in the setup and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other user hardware.
Monitor and escalate critical alerts and warnings on network infrastructure.
Support antivirus and endpoint protection updates across user devices.
Assist in maintaining internet and email connectivity.
Collaborate in applying patches and updates to systems and devices.
Perform routine maintenance and health checks on network devices and user systems.
Support first-level troubleshooting for network and user incidents.
Maintain accurate records of hardware and network devices inventory.
Provide support for compliance tasks under supervision (e.g., PCIDSS readiness, audit responses).
Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior administrators or relevant teams.
Job Requirements
University Education: B.Sc./B.Eng. in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics, or related disciplines (minimum Second-Class Lower).
Others: CCNA, MCP, CompTIA Network+/Security+, ITIL Foundation is an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in user support and basic network administration.
