Certificate of Registration from Association of Medical Records Officers Kenya (AMROK).

Manage and administer health records and information services.
Schedule bed bureau and organize patient appointments.
Code and index diseases and surgical procedures (ICD/ICPM).
Maintain patient master index.
Develop and review health data collection and reporting tools.
Provide medicolegal advice on health records.
Collect, analyze, and disseminate health data.
Ensure custody and confidentiality of health records.
Monitor and evaluate health records systems.
Provide capacity building, conduct health research and surveys.
