Qualifications
16 to 18 years of relevant experience designing and implementing enterprise data platforms.
Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Power BI, and modern data engineering practices.
Strong background in enterprise data governance, metadata management, data cataloging, and data quality frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Azure Data Platform services, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD automation, and cloud migrations.
Deep SQL and data modeling expertise, and experience with capacity planning and performance optimization.
Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and leadership skills; experience driving cross-functional programs.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related field.
Preferred: Microsoft Fabric certification(s), Azure Data Engineer or Azure Solutions Architect certification, experience in large enterprise modernization and regulated industries (BFSI, Insurance).
