Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from a recognized academic institution.
At least two (2) years of experience in a similar role.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Preparing laboratories, equipment, apparatus, reagents, and other materials for practical classes, demonstrations, examinations, and research activities.
Providing technical support to lecturers and students during practical sessions and demonstrating proper use and handling of laboratory equipment.
Setting up and conducting practical experiments in accordance with approved procedures and laboratory manuals.
Operating, maintaining, calibrating, and carrying out routine checks on laboratory equipment and reporting faults for repair and servicing.
Preparing, labelling, storing, and handling chemicals, reagents, specimens, samples, and other laboratory materials.
Maintaining adequate stocks and accurate records of laboratory equipment, chemicals, reagents, consumables, and other supplies.
Providing technical support to academic staff, postgraduate students, and researchers undertaking laboratorybased teaching and research activities.
Ensuring compliance with laboratory safety, (adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});health, and environmental requirements, including proper use of protective equipment and safe disposal of laboratory waste.
Maintaining laboratory cleanliness, orderliness, and proper organization, ensuring facilities are ready for use.
Maintaining laboratory records, including equipment usage, maintenance, calibration, practical sessions, experiments, and research activities.
Supporting laboratory inspections, audits, and quality assurance activities.
