KEY RESPONSBILITIES
Deliver customer orders safely and on time using a company motorcycle.
Collect orders from stores, restaurants, warehouses or designated collection points.
Verify orders before leaving the collection point.
Follow assigned delivery routes and use GPS/navigation systems efficiently.
Communicate professionally with customers regarding deliveries.
Handle customer orders carefully to prevent damage, loss or contamination.
Ensure all deliveries are completed according to company procedures.
Follow all road traffic laws and motorcycle safety requirements.
Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip motorcycle inspections.
Report mechanical faults, accidents, damage or safety concerns immediately.
Keep the motorcycle clean and in good working condition.
Refuel or recharge the motorcycle as required.
