Money Market Assistant (temp)

What you'll do

• Contact clients telephonically regarding gift card orders and delivery arrangements. 
• Coordinate and schedule gift card deliveries with clients and service providers. 
• Pack and prepare gift card orders accurately and efficiently. 
• Generate and process customer invoices. 
• Capture and maintain order information on the Bulk Gift Card System. 
• Assist with general administrative tasks related to gift card sales and distribution. 
• Ensure all orders are processed accurately and within agreed timelines.
