Your Responsibilities
Assist the Commercial Manager in external liaison and maintain effective communication with Kenyan government authorities, the Contracting Authority (CA), business partners, clients, and stakeholders
Draft, review, and organize English business correspondence, reports, meeting materials, and external documents; support receipt, registration, circulation, and filing of company documents
Coordinate business meetings, client visits, and commercial activities (meeting notices, materials preparation, venue arrangements, participant coordination, minutes, and followup of action items)
Maintain commercial records and tracking logs for correspondence, meeting decisions, and pending tasks; provide timely progress updates
Support daytoday commercial coordination needs of departments; ensure effective communication and followup between internal teams and external parties
Provide English translation, interpretation, and onsite communication support during meetings, site visits, and client receptions
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor and Commercial ManagerRequired Skills & Experience
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, International Relations, Engineering, or related field
1–3 years’ experience in commercial support, government/corporate liaison, or coordination preferred
Familiarity with Kenyan business environment, government procedures, Contracting Authorities, and public institutions; understanding of local (adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});business etiquette and compliance requirements
Fluent in written and spoken English; ability to draft and prepare business correspondence and reports independently
Chinese communication skills (HSK Level 4 or above) are an advantage
Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to support multiple departments in external liaison
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience in meeting coordination, document management, and task tracking
