Mines Production Manager At Steron Mining Company Limited

Educational Qualification

• B.Sc. / B.Eng. in Mining Engineering.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years' relevant mining/production experience.

Mineral Experience:

• Proven experience in production of at least one of:
• Lithium
• Copper
• Zinc Lead.

Technical Competencies:

• Mine production planning and scheduling.
• Open-pit and/or underground mining operations.
• Drilling, blasting, excavation, loading and hauling.
• Ore extraction, stockpiling and grade control coordination.
• Equipment utilization and productivity optimization.
• Production reporting and achievement of production targets.
• Mine ventilation, dewatering and operational risk management.

Management Competencies:

• Team leadership and workforce supervision.
• Cost control and resource optimization.
• Contractor and equipment management.
• Ability to coordinate with Geology, HSE, Engineering and Security teams.

HSE:

• Strong understanding of mine safety standards, risk assessment and regulatory compliance.

• Professional registration/membership with a recognized mining/engineering professional body.
