We are looking for an experienced Mid-Level Merchandiser to join a close-knit team and take ownership of the merchandising process across product development and production.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple products, suppliers and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage products through the merchandising and production process.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, factories and internal teams.
Coordinate samples, approvals and production timelines.
Assist with product costing, pricing and specifications.
Monitor critical timelines and follow up on outstanding actions.
Ensure products meet client specifications and quality requirements.
Maintain accurate product and merchandising documentation.
Assist with range development and fashion trend research.
Identify and communicate potential delays or production challenges.
Build strong working relationships with clients and suppliers.
Requirements
3 - 5 years' experience in clothing/fashion merchandising.
Experience within clothing manufacturing or retail.
Strong understanding of product development and production.
Experience working with retailers or clothing brands advantageous.
Strong Excel and administration skills.
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
