The Medical Laboratory Scientist runs the laboratory that referring clinicians depend on to diagnose and treat their patients.
You will process tests across chemistry, haematology, microbiology, immunology, and toxicology, own the quality control that keeps results trustworthy, and supervise the Laboratory Technician.
Much of the work happens behind the scenes, but the accuracy of what leaves your bench determines what happens to the patient next.
All laboratory ordering, results, and reporting run through BeaconOS, our own platform, which you will be trained on during onboarding.
