Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including onboarding, probation reviews, confirmations, and contracting.
Support performance management, employee relations, welfare, benefits, wellness, and staff engagement initiatives.
Provide payroll support, manage attendance records, and respond to payrollrelated inquiries.
Maintain accurate, confidential, and uptodate HR records, reports, and dashboards.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, SOPs, Kenyan labour laws, and regulatory requirements.
Support disciplinary processes, exit interviews, and separation procedures in line with organizational policy and best practice.Requirements
Requirements
At least 5 years’ progressive experience in a generalist HR role.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
Professional HR qualification, preferably CHRPK or equivalent; current IHRM membership.
Strong knowledge of the Employment Act, 2007 and other applicable Kenyan labour laws.
Legal training or studies will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems (HRIS).
Strong problemsolving, prioritization, and organizational skills, with ability to respond effectively to changing business needs.
