From design to reality! Calling all graduate Mechatronics Engineers!

Is this you?Practical curiosity is what sets you apart. You enjoy moving between CAD, physical hardware and root-cause troubleshooting, with the patience to test ideas properly and the initiative to improve them. Accuracy matters to you, but so do teamwork, clear communication and continual learning.

What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)Bridging R&D and volume manufacturing, you will turn late-stage designs into repeatable production processes. Your work will include DFMA reviews, BOM and engineering change control, visual assembly instructions, pilot builds and production support. You will design and 3D print jigs, automate functional tests in Python, run structural and thermal simulations, test prototypes and use yield, cycle-time and scrap data to improve quality and throughput.

Where you'll be doing itWithin an on-site electronics engineering and manufacturing environment, multidisciplinary collaboration is part of the daily rhythm. You will work with Engineers, assembly teams and Quality Control Technicians, solving practical shop-floor challenges while strengthening manufacturing execution, traceability and reliable production flow.

What you'll needA BEng or BSc in Mechatronics Engineering is essential, together with practical 3D CAD competence and the ability to write functional Python scripts. Recent graduates and engineers with up to two years of experience are encouraged to apply. Confidence around hand tools, 3D printers, multimeters and bench equipment is important. Exposure to electronics manufacturing, ERP or MES, CAM, Git, automated test equipment, DFMA or ingress protection will be useful.

What you'll getThe scope offers unusually broad early-career exposure across mechanical design, simulation, prototyping, test automation and manufacturing improvement. You will build practical expertise alongside a multidisciplinary engineering and operations team, with an intended route to permanent employment after the initial contract, subject to satisfactory performance and business requirements.
