Mechanical & Electrical (m&e) Supervisor At Cosgrove Investment Limited

Job Requirements

• 7 - 10 years' proven experience in mechanical and electrical building services, preferably within construction or real estate development
• BSc/HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related field
• Relevant professional certification is an added advantage
• Proven experience supervising mechanical and electrical installations on construction projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical installations, plumbing, fire protection, power systems, and other M&E services
• Experience coordinating M&E contractors, subcontractors, technicians, materials, and site activities
• Ability to interpret M&E drawings, specifications, schedules, and technical documents
• Experience in testing, commissioning, inspection, and quality control of M&E installations
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity, discipline, technical competence, and professionalism
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively liaise with Project Managers, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders
