We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Business Development Officer, UNWIND Job Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Source and onboard qualified massage therapists and spa professionals. Build and maintain a strong provider pipeline across key Lagos locations. Identify and acquire individual and corporate clients. Develop partnerships with residential estates, hotels, corporate organizations, and lifestyle communities. Conduct field outreach, networking, and direct sales activities. Convert leads into confirmed bookings and drive repeat bookings. Monitor provider availability, client demand, and booking trends. Maintain accurate records and submit regular sales and performance reports. Meet monthly provider acquisition, client acquisition, and revenue targets. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Partnerships. Strong client acquisition, sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable with field-based business development. Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills. Experience in the beauty, wellness, hospitality, or service industry is an advantage Salary N250,000 - N280,000 / month.
