Marketing Officer Position Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng Industry: FMCG / Wholesale / Agricultural Main Responsibilities Coordinate and drive the company's customer rewards programme to promote buyer participation and engagement. Plan, coordinate and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and competitions to increase customer engagement. Develop and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of planned activities. Represent the company at producer marketing days, promotional events, and industry functions. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Design and coordinate marketing materials, promotional content, and visual communications. Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement. Ensure consistency with corporate branding and identity standards across all marketing activities. Minimum Requirements / Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field is essential. Minimum 2-3 years' relevant marketing experience. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and promotional campaigns. Graphic design experience and proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite will be advantageous.
