Job Summary

Our client is seeking dynamic, result-oriented, and customer-focused Marketing Executives to drive  business growth by promoting the Company's pension products and services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and increasing market penetration while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business growth by identifying, prospecting, and converting new clients.
Promote the Company's pension products and services to individuals, organizations, and corporate clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and financial awareness sessions.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
Prepare and submit periodic sales, marketing, and activity reports.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Represent the organization professionally at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in any discipline from a recognized institution.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer relationship management is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
Customer-focused with a high level of professionalism.
Ability to build and sustain productive business relationships.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
Target-driven with a passion for achieving results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,).
High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
