Marketing Manager - Land Sales

SALARY: KES 50,000

All Candidates Must:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, including a minimum of 2 years in real estate or property marketing, preferably involving land sales in Kenya.
• 2 years of experience in a team leadership or management role.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Strong understanding of the Kenyan real estate market, consumer behaviour, and property marketing strategies.
• Practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media platforms, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent relationship-building and partnership development skills.
• High integrity and commitment to ethical marketing practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-growing business environment and deliver measurable results.
