About Us We are hiring a senior marketing technology consultant or architect who can design how marketing data moves between HubSpot and Salesforce, and then prove what marketing produces. The person will own account-based marketing, multi-touch attribution, and paid media measurement for high-tech SaaS clients, with Salesforce as the CRM of record for campaigns, accounts, contacts, and pipeline. The first assignment is a funded program for a private equity-backed healthcare SaaS company. Phase 1 rebuilds the HubSpot-to-Salesforce lead flow; Phase 2 delivers ABM tiers, a campaign model, Customizable Campaign Influence, and executive dashboards. This hire leads the design and build of that marketing layer and becomes the practice lead for similar work across our clients. What This Person Will Do Responsibilities by area. Each one is live on the first engagement. Integration, HubSpot and Salesforce; Design and configure the native HubSpot connector: inclusion lists, property mapping, sync rules and lifecycle stage alignment Map HubSpot campaigns, forms, and engagement to Salesforce Campaigns and Campaign Members with the right statuses Assess when an integration platform (Workato, Celigo, MuleSoft) is the better pattern, and say why Outcome: Every qualified lead reaches Salesforce scored, sourced, and routed. Account-Based Marketing, ABM design; Define ICP fit criteria, account tiers, and engagement scoring with marketing and sales leaders Build tier-aware routing, account ownership, and engagement roll-ups from contact to account Prepare the data model for an ABM platform such as 6sense or Demandbase when the client is ready Outcome: Target accounts are flagged, owned, and measured. Attribution, Multi-touch attribution; Design first touch, last touch, even distribution, and position-based models, and explain the trade-offs to executives Configure Salesforce Customizable Campaign Influence and HubSpot attribution reporting, and reconcile the two Set the rules for Lead Source, Primary Campaign Source, influence windows, and auto association Outcome: Sourced and influenced pipeline that finance and marketing both accept. Paid Media, Paid ads measurement; Bring LinkedIn, Google, and Meta spend into campaign cost through HubSpot ads reporting or scheduled imports Own UTM and naming governance so every click lands on the right campaign Report cost per lead, cost per opportunity, and return by channel Outcome: Spend decisions made on pipeline, not clicks. Data and Reporting, Data quality and dashboards; Profile and cleanse lead, contact and account data, including deduplication and source backfill Define the KPI catalog for SaaS go-to-market: MQL to SQL, pipeline velocity, CAC and ROI by channel Build executive dashboards for marketing, sales and finance, validated against closed deals Outcome: One version of the funnel, from first touch to closed won. Client Leadership, Advisory and delivery: Run discovery and design workshops; write UPN process maps, the configuration workbook, and design decisions Work in a lean pod with an engagement manager, a Salesforce consultant and an analyst Mentor consultants and shape repeatable offers for ABM and attribution Outcome: Clients trust the design and our team can repeat it. Skills and Experience Experience: 8 or more years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or CRM consulting, with at least 4 in client-facing or lead roles. High-tech SaaS: Has defined go-to-market measurement for B2B SaaS: funnel stages, MQL and SQL definitions, pipeline, and ARR reporting HubSpot: Deep Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise experience: lifecycle stages, lead scoring, workflows, campaigns, and the Salesforce connector Salesforce CRM: Strong Sales Cloud data model knowledge: Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Campaigns, Campaign Members, Contact Roles, and conversion mapping Campaign integration: Has integrated marketing campaigns into Salesforce end-to-end, including member statuses, campaign hierarchies, and actual cost Multi-touch attribution: Has designed and shipped multi-touch models, including Customizable Campaign Influence or an equivalent, and defended them to finance Account-based marketing: Has built ABM programs: ICP and tier definition, account scoring, engagement roll-ups, and tier-based routing Paid media: Has connected LinkedIn, Google, and Meta ad spend to CRM reporting, with UTM governance and cost per opportunity Data skills: Comfortable profiling and cleansing data, writing SQL, and running deduplication and backfills ABM platforms: Hands-on with 6sense, Demandbase, or similar intent and account platforms Analytics: Builds Salesforce dashboards; Tableau or a BI tool is a plus Nice to Have Certifications: HubSpot Marketing Hub certification; Salesforce Administrator, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or Sales Cloud Consultant Healthcare SaaS: Experience selling into clinics or regulated healthcare, and handling data without patient information What Sets the Right Person Apart Explains attribution trade-offs to a CFO in plain language, then builds the model that holds up. Starts from the business question and the data, not the tool, and says no to reporting nobody will use. Writes clear designs: UPN maps, field mappings, and decision logs the client can sign off. What Success Looks Like Days 1 to 30: Owns the marketing design for the active program: HubSpot audit, lifecycle and sync design, campaign model and ABM tier criteria agreed with the client Days 31 to 60: HubSpot to Salesforce flow live in the sandbox; campaign mapping and influence model configured; paid media cost flowing to campaigns Days 61 to 90: Attribution validated against closed deals and signed off by client leadership; dashboards live; a reusable ABM and attribution playbook drafted for the practice Required Skills Salesforce, HubSpot, CRM, B2B, sql, marketing automation, Growth Marketing Strategy, Paid acquisition, paid marketing
