Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of marketing, branding, and corporate communications.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising (Google and Meta Ads).
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva) and marketing analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, content creation, and storytelling skills.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and project management skills.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Manage digital platforms, social media, email marketing, and monthly content calendars.
• Create engaging content, including posts, videos, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Plan and optimise paid advertising campaigns to drive leads and conversions.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
• Coordinate PR activities, brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and marketing events.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Track campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports covering engagement, lead generation, and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client acquisition, retention, and business growth.
