- ?We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Marketing Executives to join our team.
- ?The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing property sales. This role requires a confident individual with excellent communication skills and a strong passion for achieving targets.
- ?Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels
- ?Present, promote, and sell company properties to prospective clients
- ?Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- ?Conduct property inspections and site visits with clients
- ?Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
- ?Follow up consistently with leads to drive conversions
- ?Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- ?Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
- ?Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- ?Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years of experience.
- ?Proven experience in sales or marketing (real estate experience is an added advantage).
