Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, digitally savvy and results-driven Marketer / Digital Marketer to join our Business Development Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns.
• Manage and grow the organisation's social media platforms.
• Create engaging content, captions, graphics, videos and reels.
• Develop and manage social media content calendars.
• Execute digital marketing and online advertising campaigns.
• Generate leads through digital and traditional marketing activities.
• Monitor social media and digital marketing performance.
• Support website content and online visibility.
• Promote hospital services, packages, events and campaigns.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
• Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of digital advertising and SEO is an advantage.
• Creative, proactive, organised and results-driven.
