Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Reporting Line: General Manager (GM)
Role Summary
Responsible for driving revenue growth, securing advertising contracts, attracting sponsorships, and promoting the station’s programmes and brand to prospective clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure advertising clients, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase station revenue and market share.
Prepare proposals, pitch advertising packages, and negotiate commercial deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and corporate clients.
Promote station programmes, events, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Meet assigned sales targets and submit regular performance reports.
Key Performance Indicators
Achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Number of new clients and advertising contracts secured.
Client retention and satisfaction rate.
Sponsorship deals and strategic partnerships secured.
Growth in the station’s advertising portfolio and market visibility.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 6 - 10 years experience.
Required Competencies:
Strong communication, negotiation, sales, networking, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
