Marine Sales Engineer

Location: Trans‑Amadi, Port Harcourt

Felton Energy Services Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and commercially focused Marine Sales Engineer with in-depth knowledge of the Marine, Offshore, Maritime, and Oil & Gas sectors.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic client relationships, identifying marine business opportunities, and promoting marine equipment, services, and technical solutions to vessel owners, offshore operators, shipyards, marine contractors, and other stakeholders within the industry.

• Identify and develop marine and offshore business opportunities.
• Drive sales of marine equipment, spare parts, engineering services, and technical solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with vessel owners, ship managers, marine contractors, shipyards, offshore operators, and key industry stakeholders.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and technical sales meetings.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tender documents, and commercial submissions.
• Support bid and tender activities related to marine projects and services.
• Liaise with OEMs, manufacturers, suppliers, and technical partners to develop client solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming marine projects.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Work closely with procurement, engineering, logistics, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years experience in Marine Sales, Technical Sales, Business Development, or Marine Engineering.
• Strong understanding of marine equipment, vessel systems, offshore operations, and maritime services.
• Proven ability to develop business and generate revenue within the marine sector.
• Existing network within the Marine, Offshore, Shipping, or Oil & Gas industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management abilities.
