Manager: Sales - Buco Hazyview

Description

1. Ensure that customer complaints are dealt with in an effective manner and resolved.  Promotions, advertising, and all public relations must be co-ordinated for the store in order to enhance the Brand's market share in line with all company procedures
2. To grow, develop and build awareness of the product and service offering
3. Identification of new business opportunities and the development of marketing strategies
4. Ability to handle client queries and problem solving 
5. Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s product, service, and processes
6. Keep abreast of what competitors are doing and trends in the industry
7. Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
8. Manage sales efficiencies and processes to ensure customer satisfaction
9. To uphold and promote the company values and culture 

Requirements

1. Grade 12
2. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a sales, marketing, and field
3. Relevant industry knowledge and experience
4. Relevant tertiary qualification in a sales, marketing, and/or technical field will be advantageous
