KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and execute the multi-market distribution strategy, targets and scalable operating model for merchant, agent and aggregator network growth.
Direct the corporate merchant, aggregator and individual agent/merchant portfolios through their respective managers, prioritising expansion across target markets and segments.
Approve or recommend commercial terms, incentives and channel investments, and monitor network economics, productivity, retention and transaction performance.
Ensure effective onboarding and service delivery by collaborating with Commercial Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance and POS Distribution on required tools and device availability.
Manage senior partner relationships, governance, compliance and executive reporting, while leading and developing the three channel managers.
