Responsibilities
Cocoordinate the MPH programme and field activities
Oversee manuscript writing for FETP residents and Ministry of Health staff
Support statistical analysis of trainee and staff work
Develop manuscripts for projects and ensure timely submission
Lead followup with authors and journals until acceptance
Maintain a log database of all FETP products
Organise and conduct scientific writing workshops
Review abstracts, manuscripts, and presentations for scientific integrity
Support concept writing with residents and staff
Lead resource mobilisation through proposals and expressions of interest
Document key projects, success stories, and findings
Promote social media visibility of programme outputs
Support preparations for AFENET biannual conference and disseminations
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisorQualificationsEducation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MD, MBChB, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Laboratory, or Nursing)
Master’s degree in Public Health with FETP training (minimum 3 years since graduation)Experience
At least 5 publications, with 2 as first author
