Responsibilities

Deliver intervention sessions in selected health facilities

Maintain fidelity to intervention protocol and standard operating procedures

Send participant reminders, document progress, and support retention

Attend debrief and scheduled meetings with the Intervention Supervisor and project team

Prepare and submit weekly performance review reports

Implement intervention components assigned to the relevant study arm

Monitor and promptly report potential adverse events

Uphold confidentiality and highest research ethics standards

Perform other duties as assigned by the Intervention SupervisorQualificationsEducation & Training

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in health sciences, social sciences, or related fieldExperience & Skills

Prior experience in health research or intervention delivery (advantageous)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
