Job Title: Maintenance Systems Specialist I

Main Functions
Maintenance Systems Specialist should have a good understanding of safety, health and environmental requirements (SHE), and perform materials functions to ensure equipment and spare parts comply with standards, regulatory requirements and maintenance needs.
This Specialist works with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as SAP or International Production Enterprise System (IPES), and may execute contract administration and coordinate interfaces after contract award.
Typical positions include Materials Specialist, IPES Specialist, Global Enterprise Management System (GEMS) Specialist, STRIPES Specialist and Contract Administration Specialist.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Contribute to reliable operations that comply with laws and regulations while eliminating potential safety, health and environmental incidents.
Maintain communication with Operations, Maintenance and Logistics organizations.
Adhere to company oi and Controls Integrity (CI) systems and procedures, and support their improvement.
Support Field Maintenance personnel, provide procurement guidance and maintain contract files.
Liaise between Field Units and Procurement to ensure availability of contracts, contractors, goods and services.
Work with Procurement on contract renewals, awards, resolutions and follow-up actions.
Help develop contract work scopes and support technical pre-qualifications and assessments.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of CMMS and be proficient in entering and extracting maintenance data.
Order materials and replacement parts, maintain inventory records, process invoices and coordinate payments.
