A leading organisation within the manufacturing and industrial sector is seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Storeman to join its maintenance team in Nasrec. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with experience in engineering stores, inventory management, and maintenance systems who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the maintenance stores and inventory management system.
Accurately capture incoming stock and reconcile delivery documentation.
Control stock issuing, receiving, and inventory movements.
Create and configure new stock items, stock codes, and bin locations.
Generate stock, usage, variance, and reorder reports.
Monitor minimum stock levels and support procurement processes.
Assist with stock takes and ensure inventory accuracy.
Maintain records, documentation, and system integrity across stores operations.
Grade 12.
Experience within engineering stores or maintenance stores environments.
Knowledge of inventory, stores, maintenance, or DMS systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Gmail, and Outlook.
Strong administration, reporting, and data capture skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proactive and deadline-driven.
Strong planning and time management abilities.
Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve stock-related issues efficiently.
