Job Title: Maintenance Officer (Electrical & Plumbing)

Job Summary
The Maintenance Officer is responsible for ensuring that the facility and equipment are maintained in excellent working condition.
This role involves performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, plumbing and responding promptly to maintenance requests
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations.
Monitor and maintain water, power, and generator systems.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with health and safety standards.
Keep maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of SSCE, OND, Trade Test Certificate, or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in facility maintenance, or a similar role is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
