Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, reliability, and efficient operation of all company facilities, machinery, equipment, and technical systems. The successful candidate will lead maintenance teams, develop preventive maintenance programs, manage maintenance budgets, and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, buildings, utilities, and other facilities.
Lead, supervise, and evaluate maintenance technicians and contractors.
Schedule routine inspections, servicing, repairs, and equipment overhauls.
Diagnose recurring equipment problems and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Monitor equipment performance and minimize operational downtime.
Manage maintenance budgets, materials, spare parts, and procurement requirements.
Coordinate external contractors and service providers.
Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, environmental, and technical regulations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, inspections, and repairs.
Develop maintenance policies, procedures, standards, and operating guidelines.
Conduct root-cause analysis of major equipment failures and recommend long-term solutions.
Support capital projects, equipment installation, commissioning, and facility upgrades.
Monitor maintenance KPIs and prepare regular reports for management.
Ensure maintenance activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and within approved budgets.
Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, energy efficiency, and operational performance.
