Maintenance Coordinator

Job Description :

• Ensure timely execution of scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Liaise with the CTO to items in the Monthly budget report
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including dates, parts replaced, and labor costs.
• Coordinate with on-site maintenance staff and ensure adherence to maintenance protocol:
• Ensure timely procurement of necessary parts to prevent equipment downtime.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with external service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment and facilities.
• Generate reports on maintenance activities, costs, and equipment performance for management review.
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all machinery and equipment
• Track equipment warranties and service contracts.
• Provide recommendations for improvements in maintenance processes and equipment performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in equipment maintenance and management.
