Machine Fitter Technician At Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries Limited

ROLE SUMMARY

To carry out fitting, breakdown, shutdown and preventive maintenance activities on mechanical equipment and related plant systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Breakdown, shutdown, preventive maintenance.
• Maintenance of rotary equipment and instruments.
• Equipment fitting and dismantling.
• Pump & motor alignment.
• Pipeline maintenance. i.e Valves, Flanges, Pipes.
• Able to replace mechanical seal of pumps & reactors
• Able to replace bearing of centrifuge, reactors & motors.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• OND/NABTEB in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-8 years of mechanical fitting and maintenance experience in a pharmaceutical, chemical, or process manufacturing environment.
