Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and follow up on outstanding loans.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and payments.
Build and maintain healthy customer relationships.
Achieve set targets and contribute to team goals.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year experience in loan collection (or a related field).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong work ethic and ability to handle pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) is a plus.
SSCE holders are highly encouraged to apply.
Applicants must own and utilize an Android phone or an iPhone.
Remuneration and Benefits
Base Salary: N80,000 per month.
Transportation Allowance: 20,000 per month.
Performance Bonus: Additional earnings linked directly to staff performance targets.
