If you are passionate about people, results, and making an impact, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) Make outbound calls and follow up on outstanding loans. Maintain accurate records of interactions and payments. Build and maintain healthy customer relationships. Achieve set targets and contribute to team goals. What We're Looking For (Requirements) Minimum of 1 year of experience in loan collection (or related field). SSCE holders are highly encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong work ethic and ability to handle pressure. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) is a plus. Applicant must have an Android phone or an iPhone. What We Offer (Remuneration & Benefits) Competitive Salary: N80,000 per month. Transportation Allowance: N20,000 per month. Performance Bonus (linked to staff performance).
